TERMS & CONDITIONS

Service Scope
We offer architecture, interior design, 3D/BIM modeling, graphic design, and web development services. Project timelines, deliverables, and pricing will be mutually agreed upon before starting any work.

Payments
Payments must be made as per agreed schedules. Advance payments are non-refundable. Work will begin only after the initial payment is received.

Revisions & Modifications
Each service includes a limited number of revisions. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Project Timeline
Delivery timelines depend on project size and client cooperation. Any delay in providing required materials, approvals, or information may extend the project duration.

Intellectual Property
Final approved designs become the client’s property. Raw files, source files, or working files remain the property of DesignSketch Multimedia Hub unless purchased separately.

Confidentiality
All project-related information shared by the client will be kept confidential and used only for project execution.

Liability
We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect client information, third-party dependencies, or misuse of delivered materials.

Termination
Either party may terminate a project with prior notice. Fees for completed work up to the point of termination must be paid in full.
